Democrats Abroad UK 2017 AGM and BGM

Democrats Abroad UK will hold its General Meeting 2017 to elect its leadership for the next two years. In order to assist in planning the event, we should be most grateful if those planning to attend could RSVP.

Location: Lecture Theatre B34, Basement floor, Birkbeck College Main Building, Malet Street, London, WC1E 7HX (see directions below)

Directions to Lecture Theatre B34 at Birkbeck College: The entrance to the Main Building is NOT on Malet Street but via Torrington Square, a courtyard behind Malet Street and between Birkbeck and the School for Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). Please walk around the end of the building on Malet Street to get to the glass-plated new entrance of Birkbeck's Main Building on Torrington Square. Deadline for nominations: In order to have your name and candidate statement sent to the membership in advance, please submit your nomination no later than 11:59 PM on February 19th 2017.

Eligibility: To vote or stand for election, you must join Democrats Abroad UK on or before January 31st 2017 and remain a member on all dates up to and including March 17th 2017. US citizens resident in the UK may join Democrats Abroad at: http://www.democratsabroad.org/join
